In a latge bowl, combine all the ingredients. Mix well until all ingredients are thoroughly combined.
Once the mixture is well combined, use your hands or a spoon to scoop out small portions and roll them into balls, about 1 inch in diameter. Place the balls on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Once all the mixture has been rolled into balls, place the baking sheet in the refrigerator for about 30 mins to allow the energy balls to firm up.
