Who doesn’t like pasta? With its unique shapes and soft texture, pasta can easily become one of the most liked foods ever! From kids to adults, sometimes a nice pasta brunch is all one needs.
Now if we add a twist of Health to it, the goodness of pasta would easily become ten folds! So what are we waiting for? We will be adding our Pride of India’s Whole Dark Kidney Beansand making pasta into a pasta-e-fagioli!
Take a medium pot and heat oil. Add sausage and cook.
Add onion, carrots and celery and cook until softened.
Add garlic and cook until fragrant. Add the salt and pepper and then add kidney beans with its water, tomatoes, and rosemary.
Bring the mixture to a boil and then add the pasta.
Simmer the heat and cook until pasta is soft.
Your pasta-e-fagioli is ready.
