THE PERFECT RICE PILAF

Sometimes you just taste a dish and it makes you feel nostalgic about the little things that you have missed along the way. 


We bring you one of the very famous dishes made purely out of rice, the The Rice Pilaf. With our Pride of India’s Indian White Basmati Rice, bring the happiness to your homes. 

WHAT YOU NEED 


HOW TO MAKE 

  • In a medium saucepan on medium heat, add the vegetable stock, salt and other spices. 

  • Reduce to low heat when the mixture starts to simmer. 

  • In another saucepan, heat the olive oil and add Pride of India’s Indian White Basmati Rice and cook for 5-7 mins.

  • Pour the warm stock mixture in the rice saucepan and stir to combine.

  • Cover and cook for 15 mins. 

  • Add the parsley and garnish to serve.
