1/2 cup Pride of India White Basmati Rice,
1/4 cup Pride of India Yellow Mung Lentils,
1/4 cup Pride of India Yellow Pigeon Peas,
1 tablespoon Pride of India Kitchari Spice Mix,
1 tablespoon oil of your choice,
