Roast a Papadum for 30 seconds on a pan, or on a microwave it for about 40-50 seconds.
Chop some onions, tomatoes, and an avocado. Mix them up with your favorite dip and put them evenly on the Papadum. Your delectable snack is ready to be served and enjoyed with tea, coffee or drinks.
Cottage cheese and Papadum fritters
Another recipe that completes your search for a delicious yet crunchy snack is this one.
First, roast or microwave a Papadum like the previous recipe, crush it and keep it aside.
Then, get some cottage cheese, crumble it and add some Pride of India Himalayan black salt and garlic powder to it.
After that, mix two to three teaspoon of tomato ketchup in it and form little balls of the mixture.
In another cup take some all-purpose flour and put about half a glass of water into it and mix it well.
